Description
Protecting the cloud environment and its components starts with a strong cloud architecture. This module aims to address security aspects of cloud architecture, including serverless and container security and service mesh. Cloud Security Best Practices: Privileged Password Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just-in-Time (JIT) Access Moreover, cloud infrastructure security, security controls, authentication, user protection services, and logical security architecture.This course has been approved for the FCCQ Visées program funding.

Professionals without prior experience in IT, must complete all 8 modules in order to obtain the Cloud Security Expert Digital Badge and Attestation of Completion from McGill University’s School of Continuing Studies.
