9.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Fundamental principles of artificial intelligence, development of intelligent agents using different techniques, algorithms and approaches. Emphasis is placed on practical application of the most current programming tools, search methods, knowledge representation using logic and probability, planning and decision making under uncertainty and constraint satisfaction problems. Differences between machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches will be examined.

 

Supplementary Information

60 hours in class + 30 hours of assignments.

Prerequisite(s) and Corequisite(s)

  • Intermediate to advanced level programming in Python.

Who Should Attend?

  • Students currently enrolled in a B.A., B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related disciplines.
