Applying Your Brain’s Resources to Solve Complex Problems
The problems faced by managers in organizations today are very complex and beyond the capability of any one individual or team to solve. The complexity of many of today’s organizational problems and issues therefore demands new processes and the development of deep thinking skills. This workshop will focus on equipping participants with tools, processes, skills and methods to help them resolve their organization’s most complex problems.
The workshop will introduce participants to the Simplexity™ Complex Problem-Solving process, which utilizes a methodology that enhances each individual’s ability to think in greater depth. Repeated questioning allows each individual to ‘drill down’ into their implicit memory to connect mental maps that are the core of the innovation process. This complex problem-solving process then encourages team members to express themselves, build off each other’s ideas and collaborate to resolve tough problems. Simplexity™ helps individuals and teams identify and prioritize real problems (as opposed to their symptoms), generate original solutions and overcome common obstacles to implementation.
