4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

For non-legal professionals. An overview of the entertainment and intellectual property law, types of contracts and agreements that need to be put into place at different phases of a commercial entertainment project, as well as intellectual property rights and royalties to be agreed upon with all creative project stakeholders. Contracts with cast, crews, suppliers, vendors, licensing of merchandising, food and beverage.

30 hours class + at least 10 hours of assignments.
