3.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

This course focuses on the importance of developing a coordinated approach to planning and public outreach in order to meet both parliamentary corporate needs and public expectations. The effectiveness of various performance assessment tools will also be reviewed in the context of reporting, surveying, and benchmarking.

Learn how a coordinated approach to planning plays a key role in meeting the parliamentary corporate needs of today and tomorrow. Specific emphasis will be placed on better serving the public interest.

  • Translate performance assessment results into meaningful decision and actions
