4.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

This hands-on course will focus on the building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, Business Motivation Models, and conducting rigorous feasibility studies and well-constructed business cases. Techniques for effectively introducing change will include Business Process Modeling Notation and a hybrid Use Case approach (Unified Modelling Language), from both a business and a systems perspective.

  • Deliver value-based solutions to stakeholders in IT and non-IT environments


Students who complete this course will receive 4.5 CEUs (consisting of 30 contact hours and at least 15 hours of assignments).

The course is aligned with the industry standard Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® Guide (BABOK® Guide v3), published by the International Institute of Business Analysis® (IIBA®), and with the Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
