4.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

This hands-on course will focus on the building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, Business Motivation Models, and conducting rigorous feasibility studies and well-constructed business cases. Techniques for effectively introducing change will include Business Process Modeling Notation and a hybrid Use Case approach (Unified Modelling Language), from both a business and a systems perspective.

30 hours in class plus approx.15 hours of assignments.

  • Deliver value-based solutions to stakeholders in IT and non-IT environments
