Description

In this study group, we will make a comparison between the constitutions of different countries, including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and the European Union, amongst others to be chosen by the study group participants. Which is the most ‘fair’? Which is the most stable? Which most incites people to participate in elections? As the recent debate in Chile is showing, the introduction of constitutional change is no easy task, and may reveal fundamental issues in a society.
