Course Description

Montreal stands as one of the world's foremost aviation hubs, home to the headquarters of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), major aerospace manufacturers, world-class flight training facilities, and innovative airlines. This unique ecosystem provides an unparalleled learning environment for aviation leadership development.

The Aviation Leadership & Strategy in-residence course offers an intensive 5-day academic and industry immersion experience, which combines academic instruction with industry engagement across Montreal's aviation ecosystem. Participants will engage directly with senior leaders from global aviation institutions, tour cutting-edge airline, aerospace manufacturing and air navigation facilities, and develop practical leadership competencies through academic sessions, presentations, panels and practical assignments.

  • More than 30 days prior to the course start date: Participants are eligible for a full refund.
  • Within 30 days of the course start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.
  • After the course has started: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals or non-attendance.
  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawals, late registrations, or non‑attendance.
