5.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Overview of agile project management concepts, practices, processes, and methods. Agile mindset, values, ethics, and conduct. Organizational factors and implementation of agile practices. Agile Scrum framework. Agile communication, collaboration, and team coaching. Access to PMI-ACP-style exam questions to assist with preparation for the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® examination administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).


Supplementary Information

This is an asynchronous online course that consists of 35 hours of online lectures plus approximately 15 hours of readings and assignments. Suggested study time is 3 to 5 hours per week. Live 45-minute online Q&A sessions with the course instructor are offered monthly. Students taking this course in preparation for the PMI-ACP® certification exam should obtain a copy of the latest PMI Agile Practice Guide to support their studies. Course content is fully aligned with the Agile Manifesto and the PMI Agile Practice Guide.
